MELBOURNE (Australia) – 19th August 2019. Telix Pharmaceuticals Limited Announces Results of Successful SPP (Share Purchase Plan)

Telix Pharmaceuticals Limited is pleased to advise that, at closing on Friday 16th August 2019, subscriptions under the Company’s Share Purchase Plan (“SPP”) totaled approximately $9.6 million.

Following the successful completion of an AUD $40.0 million private placement to professional and sophisticated investors announced on 17th July 2019, the Company announced an SPP to offer existing shareholders the opportunity to purchase up to AUD $15,000 worth of new shares at the same price as the Placement ($1.30 per share) and without any brokerage or transaction costs.
