About the role

The Head of Global Marketing Franchise – Prostate, will be responsible for the product lifecycle for Illuccix and the Prostate Franchise at Telix. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the primary focus of this role is to use an understanding of the Prostate market to set a product vision and strategy, is to drive growth for Telix’s Prostate Franchise to maximise commercial success for the portfolio.

The position will lead and coordinate the collection of data from Competitive intelligence , Market understanding ( Patient pathway, Market research, Business needs, business cases ) to feed into the development of product strategy, and working closely with the Product Development (participate to the Phase III study design), Global Regulatory , Local Marketing and Sales teams to ensure the successful capitialisation of Telix’s Prostate Franchise. This role will have close interface with product development to develop the strategic roadmaps for New Product Development (NPD), create business cases for assessment through the NPD stage-gate process and provide support to local sales and marketing for the lifecycle management of Telix’s Prostate Franchise.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Develop and execute the strategy for Telix’s Prostate Franchise
  2. Manage the product lifecycles of the Prostate Franchise
  3. Understand Prostate market dynamics, insights and drivers to anticipate market trends
  4. Identify and manage risks and opportunities
  5. Prepare timely and accurate performance and management reports

About you

To be considered for the role, candidates require tertiary qualifications in marketing, business and/or life sciences and must demonstrate progressive experience in sales/marketing/product management in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry. More specifically, candidates will have worked with a focus in imaging, radiopharmaceuticals or oncology, preferably in prostate cancer. Applicants will also need to demonstrate an ability to understand market segments and customer needs and effectively translate into clear marketing requirements for product development. Strong analytical skills, flexibility in dealing with changing priorities and a logical, facts-driven approach are highly desirable skills.
