About the Role

The Director of Strategic Accounts is responsible for leading strategic business development to improve healthcare through diagnostic and therapeutic Oncology solutions that improve clinical outcomes. This role requires participation at all levels from tactical engagement with healthcare providers through executive strategic leadership. This is an exciting opportunity to network and build executive relationships, develop, and execute strategic plans for high profile National and international accounts. The Director of Business Development will be reporting to the VP Commercial Operations and is expected to have extensive interaction with the USA staff, and executive international leadership.

This is a remote position, or hybrid if you reside within a 50-mile radius of Fishers, IN.

About you

  • You are an accomplished leader with executive management experience. You are versed in contract development, negotiation, and implementation. You possess a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree, coupled with a minimum of 10 years of industry experience. You have proven comprehension in developing and driving strategic plans from concept to revenue generation. Our desired candidate brings experience in Nuclear Medicine, Oncology, or Urology, as well as experience working with third party partnerships.
  • Other desirable traits are knowledge of the US and global markets, ability to motivate cross-functional teams, and knowledge of Salesforce.com.
  • Travel up to 75% is required for this role.
